Strakosha has announced he's leaving Lazio as his contract winds down this month.
The Albania international has been linked with Newcastle United.
However, Calciomercato.com says Strakosha is in advanced Bosman talks with Premier League new boys Fulham.
Last season Strakosha, 27, played 31 matches for Lazio and conceded 36 goals, earning 11 clean sheets.
