Everton midfielder Stanley Mills admits growing up idolising manager Frank Lampard.

Mills is the son of former England fullback Danny Mills.

Asked for his football hero, he told evertonfc.com: "It was Frank Lampard!

"When I was growing up, I had his shirts on my wall as my dad [former England international Danny Mills] swapped with him a couple of times. I've always looked up to him as a player."

Mills also said of his toughest opponent: "Cole Palmer at Manchester City. He can change direction so quickly and just glide past people."
