Brentford are targeting Watford striker Emmanuel Dennis.

The Sun says Bees manager Thomas Frank would like to bring the forward on board at the Brentford Community Stadium.

Dennis, 24, enjoyed a stellar season with the Hornets in the Premier League despite the club being immediately relegated back to the Championship.

The Super Eagles star, who is currently away on international duty, scored 10 goals and registered six assists for Watford across 33 games in the league last season.

Brentford are thought to view this as an impressive return for a player who was playing amid difficult circumstances at Watford.

The Bees are said to value him at around the £20m mark. Watford paid £3m for the player from Belgian side Club Brugge last summer.
