The Italian club are huge admirers of the attacker, who can play wide left and up-front.
According to Calciomercato, Juve are eager to sign Martinelli, and have offered cash plus Arthur Melo to Arsenal.
However, the Gunners are not in the mood to entertain offers for Martinelli.
While they are admirers of Melo, they are not considering such a proposal at present.
Martinelli is seen as a future cornerstone of manager Mikel Arteta's project.
