The French veteran is set to leave the Gunners as his deal runs down this month.
Talks are underway with Olympique Marseille and former club Olympique Lyon.
However, Le 10 Sport says Rennes are also in contact, where new sporting director Florian Maurice has made an approach.
Former France striker Maurice knows Lacazette well and is currently making a pitch to the striker to join him at Rennes.
