Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale was happy after England's 0-0 draw with Italy.
The result was the latest in England's Nations League campaign.
Ramsdale said: "The first game against San Marino got my nerves out of the way and allowed me to play and relax tonight. These are a good Italian team even though they're young so it was another tough test tonight."
On his first-half save, he also stated: "Us goalkeepers we work every day on those situations - being able to react and see where players are coming in from and see them coming in at the back post - I just managed to get over and make myself big. That was a nice save for me to make.
"I'm bringing a lot of confidence into my game - I've been playing well for Arsenal, playing positively. I know there's going to be dips, I was a bit disappointed in the second half I was a bit sloppy on the ball but learning how to play in this England team there'll be times like that. Off the back of my Arsenal season I have just come into this camp and hit it head on and I try to push Jordan [Pickford] and Nick [Pope] as much as I can."
