Premier League interest is growing in PSV Eindhoven midfielder Ibrahim Sangare.
Sky Sports says Manchester United and Chelsea are interested in Sangare this summer.
The 24-year-old Ivorian himself wants to continue his career in the Premier League, with Liverpool also having considered him.
The player's contract includes a release clause of €35m.
