BEAUFORT: Firefighters were kept on their toes by fire operations and trapping snakes this week.
Within the last week, District Fire and Rescue Station Chief Mohammad Hasbullah Nenggok said at least five houses had caught fire and two snakes had been captured.
Fortunately, there were no fatalities.
