England coach Gareth Southgate says Leicester City defender James Justin was substituted at half-time against Hungary because he "felt his calf" during the first half.
The 24-year-old was handed a full England debut at left wing-back.
A brief update on Justin's status, plus an assessment of the player's performance, was offered by Southgate in the post-match press conference.
“A couple of passes went astray, got caught defensively early on, a test for him. Felt his calf," Southgate said after the 1-0 Nations League defeat.
