LaLiga president Javier Tebas has taken a fresh swipe at Manchester City and PSG over their big spending.
UEFA have this week sought to tighten up laws on financial fair play this week.
“This is an attack on club-states for inflated sponsorship," said Tebas. "PSG lose 200-300 million euros per season. We plan to complain about them because it is impossible to make a profit with (Kylian) Mbappe's renewal.
"It's the same with Manchester City with (Erling) Haaland because everyone knew how much Raiola wanted the money. We are going to complain not only to UEFA, but also to the French authorities. It's more dangerous than the Super League.
"This must be stopped. Real Madrid rightly complains about it."
