Wout Weghorst is leaving Burnley.
The January signing from VfL Wolfsburg has no intention of playing in the Championship next season.
Instead, a move to Turkey is being discussed, with CNN Turk reporting a deal is close to being struck with Besiktas.
Besiktas coach Valerin Ismael has spoken personally to Weghorst about life in Istanbul and with Besiktas.
The pair have previously worked together at Wolfsburg.
