Kota Kinabalu: Police are urging a witness in a rape case to come forward.
Penampang Criminal Investigating Officer, Azerina Ali Omar, urged those who know the witness, Pida Abdullah, and her whereabouts to notify her to come to the Kota Kinabalu Sessions Court on June 15.
Azerina said she could at the Penampang Police Headquarters at 088-712222.
The investigating officer added that Pida was an important witness in the court case at the Kota Kinabalu Sessions Court under Section 376 of the Penal Code. Pida last known address was Kg Ketiau Putatan.
