Manchester United and Tottenham are going head-to-head for Villarreal defender Pau Torres.
La Razon says United and Tottenham are battling it out to sign Torres.
Torres, 25, has impressed in LaLiga and the Champions League, helping Villarreal to the semi-final.
Villarreal are seeking £43million for the Spaniard and United are favourites to sign him, according to La Razon.
However, Tottenham could throw in Giovani Lo Celso as part of the deal, the Argentine spent the second half of last season on loan at the Unai Emery's side.
