Valencia have sacked coach Jose Bordalas.
Bordalas led VCF to the Copa del Rey final, where they lost to Real Betis on penalties.
However, it's suggested Bordalas paid for Valencia's ninth place LaLiga finish last season.
The former Getafe coach will be replaced by former AC Milan and Napoli boss Rino Gattuso, who had agreed terms with Valencia owner Peter Lim during a visit to Singapore this week.
Bordalas was only appointed VCF coach last summer.
