Villarreal's assistant coach Idiakez will not continue in the Yellows next season.
The Basque coach has left the 'groguet' club after having been part of Emery's coaching staff for the last two seasons and having lifted the UEFA Europa League trophy.
It leaves Emery needing to find a new No2 for the start of preseason training.
