Manchester United captain Harry Maguire visited the Munich Memorial in Manchesterplatz prior to England's clash with Germany on Tuesday.
There are questions over whether Maguire will wear the armband next season after Erik ten Hag's appointment as manager.
The memorial pays tribute to the 23 people who died aboard a flight from Munich to Manchester following United's European Cup match against Red Star Belgrade.
Eight players and three staff from the Old Trafford club were included in the fatalities.
