Burnley face competition for former Anderlecht coach Vincent Kompany.
The Manchester City legend left Anderlecht last week and was expected to return to England to take charge of relegated Burnley.
However, HLN says Jim Racliffe's Nice are moving for Kompany.
Christophe Galtier has a contract until 2024 with Nice, but they could lose him with PSG keen. As such OGCN are seeking a replacement.
Nice have held talks with Kompany, though everything will depend on what Galtier does in the coming weeks.
