Michael Obafemi's second-half goal has helped Southampton past Fulham in the Carabao Cup second-round.

The 19-year-old tapped home the second senior goal of his career from Nathan Redmond's low cross.

Speaking after the game, Saint boss Ralph Hasenhuttl said: "I think in the first half we were a little bit lazy and not aggressive enough.

"The second half was much better, we pressed them earlier with more players which we talked about during the break."
