Former Real Madrid and Barcelona star Gheorge Hagi believes Neymar can get Los Merengues back on track.
Real are in talks to sign the PSG star.
Hagi told Super Deportivo Radio: "They can win easier. Without a doubt. If they sign Neymar and with the (Eden) Hazard hiring, they'll win the Champions League again.
"Then (Zinedine) Zidane will have to find a place for each one, but it's the best thing that can happen to a coach.
"You just have to motivate him."
Hagi continued: "There are times he's good and sometimes not, as now he is a little clueless. The value of the player is the same. He is a player who would do well for all the teams in the world."
