Lyon have made contact with former Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger.
With Lyon coach Sylvinho now sacked, president Jean-Michel Aulas is sounding out potential replacements.
Le 10 Sport says both Wenger and former PSG coach Laurent Blanc have been contacted by OL representatives.
Sylvinho, who played for Wenger at Arsenal, only took the OL job this summer, but came under increasing pressure after a poor start to the campaign.
Like Wenger, Blanc is also a free agent.
