Arsenal are in contact with Real Madrid attacker Gareth Bale, it has been revealed.
The Wales captain's agent, Jonathan Barnett, is also speaking with former club Tottenham about a return, says Sport.
In today's English press, it's been suggested Manchester United will move for Bale in January.
However, in Spain it's claimed Barnett is in discussions with Arsenal and Spurs about a London return for his client.
Bale left Spurs in 2013 for Real Madrid and now feels ready to end his time in Madrid. A move to China was blocked by Real president Florentino Perez in August.
However, it's now accepted it would be best for all parties for Bale to leave - and potentially as early as January.
