Angelo Carbone has returned to AC Milan in a director's role.
Carbone has been named their new youth and women's team chief.
The former midfielder completes a new-look boardroom alongside ex-teammates Paolo Maldini and Zvonimir Boban, plus CEO Ivan Gazidis and sporting director Ricky Massara.
Maurizio Ganz, another former Milan player, recently took charge of the women's team, while fellow 1998-99 title winner Federico Giunti remains Primavera boss.
