The agent of Napoli fullback Elseid Hysaj is the subject of talks with Valencia.
Los Che are seeking a late market fullback signing after an injury suffered by Cristiano Piccini.
"We have been in contact with Valencia since this morning," confirmed agent Mario Giuffredi.
"The little time we have can be a problem, we will try to accelerate the operation in the next few hours and please the boy."
Piccini faces 3-4 months out as he prepares for knee surgery.
