Ole Gunnar Solskjaer insists his players can handle the pressure of playing for Manchester United.
The Red Devils are under heavy scrutiny after an indifferent start to the season, which has seen them collect eight points from six games.
Speaking ahead of Monday's clash with Arsenal, Solskjaer said: "My job is to lead them, guide them and tell them that we trust them.
"At any football club, the state of affairs is always the manager's responsibility. It's [down to] my decisions
"The players are here because they're good players and we trust them. I'm sure they can handle it."
