RMC says Lemina has agreed personal terms with ASM.
Now the Ligue 1 giants need to settle on an agreement with Saints, which would prefer an outright sale.
Saints hope to cash in for a fee of 20m.
However, ASM would prefer an initial loan arrangement for Lemina with a permanent option.
