Real Madrid president Florentino Perez insists James Rodriguez has a big future with the club.
The Colombian playmaker went on a two-year loan to Bayern Munich and after potential moves to Atletico Madrid and Napoli failed to materialise, Zinedine Zidane had to welcome James back into the fold.
James has now started the last two home games for Madrid and was one of the best performers in the 3-2 win over Levante on Saturday.
"James is a player with a huge talent and someone we have a special affection for," Florentino said at Madrid's General Assembly.
