Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola says Mauricio Pochettino belongs in the elite of managers.
Pochettino's Tottenham meet Manchester City later today.
"I can't say anything against Tottenham's quality, capacity and the possibilities of the team," Guardiola says.
"They are a strong team, a good team.
"Pochettino has done and overwhelming job, extraordinary, I don't know if Pochintto receives so many compliments from other managers but I have said it many times before.
"My opinion of his is high standards, he is a top, top manager."
