Manchester United hero Patrice Evra is adamant Paul Pogba will be staying this season.
Real Madrid remain keen on the midfielder.
But Evra, speaking in Monaco for the Champions League draw, stated: "Paul is focused, Paul is in Manchester and he will stay in Manchester. There have been discussions, but it is good for the club and for him (that he remains).
"Now we have to focus, we'll see over the days if he stays, but it would be hard for him to leave Manchester. Leave at the end of the transfer window when the season has already begun? No. I hope he has a great season in Manchester.
"If he's not happy in Manchester, I'll tell Paul to leave. If he's happy, I'll tell him to stay. But to tell you the truth, I would advise him to stay."
