Arsenal manager Unai Emery says the club have not discussed signing Sami Khedira.
The Juventus midfielder was pictured watching Arsenal's 2-1 loss to Lyon at the Emirates on Sunday.
World Cup winner Khedira has been deemed surplus to requirements in Turin and the Gunners have been linked with a move.
While Emery rates the 30-year-old, a deal has not been discussed with his recruitment team.
"Khedira is a very good player but this is the first time I have heard his name mentioned," Emery said.
