Manchester United's owners are demanding players are sold this summer.
The Manchester Evening News says the Glazers want Ed Woodward to ensure players are sold at United in this summer's transfer window to free up funds.
The Red Devils recently had a 70million bid for Harry Maguire rejected by Leicester City, who are holding out for a figure closer to 80m.
But the Glazers want to see some of the 'deadwood' sold on before more money is spent.
The report adds that the Glazers' insistence that players are sold before new ones are brought in frustrated Jose Mourinho during his spell in charge of the club.
