Real Madrid defender Raphal Varane has dismissed doubts around France teammate Olivier Giroud.
Giroud's selection has again been questioned this week given the lack of action he's seen with Chelsea.
But Varane said, "Compared to what I saw in training, Olivier is physically ready.
"He is a hard worker and when he has less playing time, he does what it takes to be fit. Maybe it's a question of rhythm, but he is ready to play. He is at the disposal of the coach.
"I am not worried about his level of fitness."
