Pengusaha KT Apam Johol Hatijah Kassim, 56, mengukus kuih Apam Johol ketika ditemui baru-baru hari ini. Beliau yang sudah 15 tahun mengusahakan kuih tradisional tersebut berkata daun rambai adalah rahsia utama bagi membangkitkan aroma kuih Apam Johol.
