PSG have opened talks with Everton for Idrissa Gueye.
Foot Mercato says PSG are reviving their January interest in the talented midfielder.
However for now, they're yet to make a formally offer for Gueye.
PSG pushed hard for Gueye in January, but the deal fell through due to Everton's 60m asking price.
If they offer 30-35m Everton would be prepared to sell.
