Eduardo has left Chelsea to return to Portugal.
Off contract at the end of the month, the 36 year-old goalkeeper has agreed a move to SC Braga.
Eduardo spent last season on-loan with Chelsea's Dutch satellite club Vitesse Arnhem.
He played a total of 34 games for Vitesse last term under coach Leonid Slutsky.
The veteran moved to Chelsea three years ago from Dinamo Zagreb.
