Borussia Dortmund fullback Ashraf Hakimi has hit back at the critics of Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane.
Hakimi is in the second of a two season loan from Real.
He told AS: "Sometimes I find the criticism addressed to Zidane and the players unfair, they brought many things to the club with the Champions Leagues and other trophies too.
"And above all, they improved the club, I do not think they deserve this treatment, they are club legends, they deserve a little respect. I think Zidane is ideal for Real Madrid, there is no coach who has won three Champions Leagues in a row for the same club. He is the ideal person and he has already proved it."
