With PSG discarded and Barcelona refusing to meet his personal demands, De Ligt is now discussing terms with Juve.
Sky Italia says De Ligt has agreed the outline to a contract with Juve.
And the Bianconeri have offered 55m up front with a further 10m in bonuses. However, it falls short of Ajax's valuation of 75m.
Juve are expected to return with an improved offer in the coming days.
