Valencia captain Dani Parejo says they deserved victory at Champions League opponents Chelsea.
Los Che won 1-0 in London thanks to Rodrigo Moreno's effort.
Parejo said, "It is a difficult field, against a complicated opponent, in the first-half it may seem that they had chances, but they were not clear, the game was very level.
"Each played with their weapons, with their system and we have known how to suffer and compete in a situation complicated.
"We deserve much merit, after this week we have come here and won and the involvement of each one has been shown."
