Newcastle United forward Miguel Almiron was sent off in Paraguay's friendly with Serbia on Thursday night.
The 25-year-old received a second yellow card for simulation in the 1-0 loss.
It was the second time Almiron has been sent off on international duty.
The dismissal continues the pacy winger's poor start to the season, where has failed to break his Newcastle scoring duck.
