Former Norway captain Rune Bratseth feels for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer over his issues at Manchester United.

Bratseth believes Solskjaer would prefer Paul Pogba to have been sold, rather than have him as part of their preseason squad in Australia.

At the same time, he says Solskjaer's most important task is to regain United's "identity". This means "first and foremost the assault on attacking play".

"Having people who want to be somewhere else is very unfortunate," Bratseth told VG of Pogba's presence.

The midfielder is a big money target for Real Madrid and Juventus.
