Chelsea boss Frank Lampard oversaw a 41-year-old losing record on Sunday.
Lampard suffered the biggest loss in his career, losing to United with a 4-0 scoreline in the first game of the new season. Last term, he was in charge of Derby County.
Also, this loss was the biggest since 1978 for managers making their debut at Chelsea.
Danny Blanchflower, leading Chelsea 41 years ago, lost to Middlesbrough with a score of 2-7.
