Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham says that he is happy that now is the moment that he is breaking into the first team.

Abraham and other youth team products are getting the chance to show what they can do in the Premier League.

And he believes that now is the right moment for the club's youngsters to break out and show just how good they can be.

"'It's always been the thing that there are people who have faith in the Academy, for a long time now," he tells the Chelsea magazine.

"We've had great players come and go, but there is no better time for the likes of me, Mason, Fikayo and the others to be at Chelsea, with such a good manager, who believes in young talent and has worked with us as well."

The 22-year-old also shone on loan at Aston Villa in the Championship last season.

Abraham has eight Premier League goals in eight appearances, along with one in two Champions League games.
