Brighton are ready to break their transfer record to sign Sander Berge.
The Seagulls have made a 28m bid for the Genk midfielder, per The Mirror.
Sheffield United and Lazio have also shown interest in the Norwegian.
The signing of Berge would take Graham Potter's summer spending to 90m.
