Manchester United and Manchester City both agree over paying a suitable price for Harry Maguire.
Leicester City are demanding their Premier League rivals break the transfer record for a defender in order to sign their imposing centre-back.
The Foxes have been engaged in talks with both Manchester clubs but their 80m demands have fallen on deaf ears.
Sky Sports says both clubs will only pay 65m for the England international.
Maguire is reportedly happy to stay at Leicester and won't attempt to force a transfer.
However, the 26-year-old would be open to join one of the Premier League's top-six clubs.
The King Power club don't feel the need to sell Maguire and are holding out for a fee that exceeds the 75m that Liverpool paid for Virgil van Dijk last January.
