Aston Villa have agreed a fee for Bournemouth defender Tyrone Mings.
Sky Sports says Villa will pay 25m for the Englishman, if add-ons are met.
The Cherries will receive an initial 20m for a player they signed from Ipswich Town in 2015.
Mings, 26, made 18 appearances on loan at Villa Park last season
