Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette has played down an ankle knock collected in defeat to Lyon.
Lacazette insists his substitution was a precautionary measure.
The Arsenal striker could only play 12 minutes and by his own admission, Lacazette preferred to leave the pitch so as not to take the slightest risk.
In the mixed zone, OL's former star explained the decision.
"We do not really know what it is. I twisted my ankle, but it does not look too serious. I preferred not to take risks," he said.
