With the likes of Juan Bernat at Layvin Kurzawa in his path, N'Soki may feel he has a better chance at regular football with Newcastle.
Sky Sports says PSG want 12 million for the player, while Lazio are also interested in signing him.
It is unclear if Newcastle would be willing to go that high, given their limited transfer resources.
