Victor Valdes is out as Barcelona Juvenil A coach.
The club announced the decision midday Monday. Franc Artiga, from Juvenil B, takes over the role.
Valdes's dismissal was a widely known 'secret' since Friday.
The coach had an argument with Patrick Kluivert, the head of youth football and that meeting was the straw that broke the camel's back. Valdes joined in mid July.
Artiga has ample experience in La Masia and was already a candidate for the role last summer.
