Chelsea midfielder Lewis Baker is already making an impact at loan club Fortuna Dusseldorf.
While he can't speak German, Baker isn't shy from shouting at his teammates when needed.
Captain Oliver Fink smiled: "I like it when he talks - even if it's hard to understand. That's something different.
"We have not had anything like that here."
Niko Gieelmann also laughed: "Lewis pushes us in the locker room before training and playing. Nobody understands him, but we all know what he means."
Of the midfielder's play, Gieelmann adds: "I like the way he cuts in between. This is typically English and cool. That suits us. There are not many who radiate such a direct presence."
