Antoine Griezmann was pleased to feature for Barcelona in defeat to Chelsea yesterday.
He played the first 45 minutes and impressed on the night.
Griezmann said at the final whistle, "It is very special to wear the Bara shirt. It was not very nice because of the defeat but surely better matches will come. It was our first minutes and we have time to improve."
The France attacker was on the wrong end of a heavy challenge from Jorginho.
He added: "In the cold it hurts a little. Surely tomorrow, but I will be ready for the next game. It was an ugly entry, he has gone straight ahead, but in the end it is football."
On his best position, Griezmann said: "I don't care. I'd rather be on the field and not on the bench. I try to improve, work and learn."
