Harry Arter is a step away from leaving Bournemouth.
Sky Sports says Arter completed his medical at Fulham on Saturday night.
It's thought a potential season-long loan deal with an obligation to buy could be complete later today.
Arter spent last season on-loan with Cardiff City.
